Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils in good condition.
• Handle billing and payments using our own software.
• Follow reception, attention, and farewell protocols for customers.
• Serve drinks professionally, manage inventories, and keep beverage storage well stocked.
• Present the menu and make suggestions for dishes, drinks, and wines.
• Collaborate in setting up and serving special events.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, creating a pleasant environment.
• Adhere to quality, environmental, and occupational safety standards.
• Skillfully handle the bar and service tray, ensuring smooth service.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate Vocational Training in Hospitality Services or private Hospitality school degrees.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions.
• Good level of English, German, and/or Dutch will be valued.
• · Valuable knowledge in gastronomy and cocktails.
• Other degrees, certifications, and licenses are welcome.
• Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and customer-oriented.
• Initiative and ability to foster a good working environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Mobility and a driver’s license are essential.
