Reservations Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to different communication channels of the reservations center (phone, email, reservation engine, channel manager).
  • Manage and assign reservations.
  • Perform post-sales tasks (manage modification and cancellation requests, travel insurance, etc.).
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks related to third-party reservations (OTAs and tour operators).
  • Channel guest requests to the appropriate department.
  • Manage the online check-in process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Professional training and previous experience in customer service (university degree in tourism is valued).
  • Commercial aptitude.
  • Good command of reservation systems (MasterCamping) and computer skills at the user level.
  • High level of English and French (other languages such as Dutch or German are valued).
  • Proactive, dynamic, responsible, resolutive, and highly organized person, with the ability to work in a team.
  • Positive mindset, constant learning, and involvement.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Mobility and a valid driver’s license are desirable.
