Reservations Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Attend to different communication channels of the reservations center (phone, email, reservation engine, channel manager).
- Manage and assign reservations.
- Perform post-sales tasks (manage modification and cancellation requests, travel insurance, etc.).
- Perform operational and administrative tasks related to third-party reservations (OTAs and tour operators).
- Channel guest requests to the appropriate department.
- Manage the online check-in process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Professional training and previous experience in customer service (university degree in tourism is valued).
- Commercial aptitude.
- Good command of reservation systems (MasterCamping) and computer skills at the user level.
- High level of English and French (other languages such as Dutch or German are valued).
- Proactive, dynamic, responsible, resolutive, and highly organized person, with the ability to work in a team.
- Positive mindset, constant learning, and involvement.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Mobility and a valid driver’s license are desirable.
