Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist our guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, both in person and online.
  • Handle and resolve guest inquiries and issues in person, by phone, and via email promptly and effectively.
  • Manage reservations and provide information about the camping facilities, services, and activities.
  • Perform billing and cash management, including closing the cash register.
  • Resolve complaints and claims quickly and effectively.
  • Develop other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German, Dutch, and Spanish to provide an exceptional experience for our guests.
  • Knowledge of other languages such as English, French, Italian, or others is valued.
  • Proficiency in the MasterCamping program.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or reception.
  • Minimum qualification of ESO/EGB; education in tourism is highly valued.
  • Dynamic, responsible, positive, proactive, and service-oriented individual.
  • Positive mindset, constant learning, and involvement.
  • Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Mobility and a valid driver’s license are desirable.
