Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist our guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, both in person and online.
- Handle and resolve guest inquiries and issues in person, by phone, and via email promptly and effectively.
- Manage reservations and provide information about the camping facilities, services, and activities.
- Perform billing and cash management, including closing the cash register.
- Resolve complaints and claims quickly and effectively.
- Develop other tasks related to the position.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German, Dutch, and Spanish to provide an exceptional experience for our guests.
- Knowledge of other languages such as English, French, Italian, or others is valued.
- Proficiency in the MasterCamping program.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or reception.
- Minimum qualification of ESO/EGB; education in tourism is highly valued.
- Dynamic, responsible, positive, proactive, and service-oriented individual.
- Positive mindset, constant learning, and involvement.
- Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Mobility and a valid driver’s license are desirable.
