Reception Assistant
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Reception Assistant. If you enjoy working in a vibrant environment and have exceptional customer service skills, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist our guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs, both in person and online.
- Provide information about the camping facilities and activities.
- Handle and resolve guest inquiries and issues in person, by phone, and via email promptly and effectively.
- Manage deposits, wristbands, and vehicle tags.
- Coordinate rooming entries of TTOO, ECG, and SIESTA.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure an optimal experience for our guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English, Dutch, and Spanish (essential) to provide an exceptional experience for our guests.
- Knowledge of the MasterCamping program and other languages like German, French, or others is valued.
- Previous experience in customer service or reception.
- Minimum qualification of ESO/EGB; education in tourism is highly valued.
- Dynamic, responsible, positive, proactive, and service-oriented individual.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Mobility and a valid driver’s license are desirable.

- Full-time contract.
- Monday to Sunday schedule with fixed or rotating shifts of morning (8 AM to 4 PM) or afternoon (2 PM to 10 PM) with respective days off.
