We are looking for a bartender passionate about mixology and customer service to join our team at Camping Playa Bara. If you enjoy creating innovative cocktails and offering a unique experience to customers, we want you with us!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and innovative cocktails.
• Advise customers on the drink menu and make personalized suggestions.
• Prepare and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils in good condition and order, creating a pleasant environment.
• Conduct inventories and manage bar supplies and tools.
• Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Create a welcoming and lively atmosphere for customers.
• Handle billing and payments using our own software.
• Adhere to quality, environmental, and occupational safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Higher Vocational Training in hospitality or mixology.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions.
• Good level of English, German, and/or Dutch will be valued.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology and beverages.
• Creativity and skills in mixology.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and customer-oriented.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Mobility and a driver’s license are essential.
